COVID Service Policy

Appointments

We are trying to limit the number of people on the lot at any given time, so appointments have been the best way to ensure safety for everyone. We are scheduling appointments beginning when we open at 7 am to 5:30 pm in 30-minute increments before the warehouse closes at 6 pm. Appointments are given on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to get your specified pick-up time or as close to it as possible.

Preloads

We are prioritizing Production Supply preloads to help promote social distancing. We require that your Production Supply order be submitted and confirmed with the production supply department by noon the day prior to the pick-up and then scheduled with the truck rental department, to confirm your pick-up appointment.

If your production supply order is submitted after 12pm on the business day prior to pick up, we will process and stage your order for your driver to load in during your assigned truck appointment.

Downloads

If a rental will be returning with supplies, after 6 pm on any business day (or at any point on weekends until we reopen) a download must be arranged and clarified with trucking for availability and scheduling.
