Quixote Studios is one of the nation’s premier film and television studios and is looking for a full-time its Warehouse Staff / Parts Driver to join our Sun Valley Fleet Service team! This position will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, delivery, and pick-up duties for the facility. The ideal candidate must be safety minded with exceptional customer service skills.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently pull and stage material orders from paperwork, in an organized manner Work with technicians in the check-out and check-in process of warehouse items.
  • Receive items from vendors and add items to the correct warehouse location.
  • Create stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Communicate customer/technician requests, order changes, and/ or paperwork specifications to a member of the management team.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, suppliers, customers.
  • Assist in general housekeeping of warehouse and display area.
  • Safely operate lift gates and material handling equipment (forklift) to load, unload, or put away equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks following all proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques.
  • Always maintain a clean work area.
  • Complete all tasks in a safe manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Driver Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and pick-up of material for warehouse stock and custom order items for trailers
  • Safely operate lift gates and material handling equipment (forklift) to load, unload, or put away equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and safely strap-off cargo following all proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques.
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete all paperwork.
  • Read and comprehend road maps.
  • Follow delivery route instructions to ensure on-time delivery of equipment to the warehouse Immediately report any issues/problems with vehicles to a member of the management team Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, following all state and DOT regulations at all times Follow all state and DOT regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Ideally in a warehouse or driver role.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience working at sites regulated by Cal-OSHA. OSHA certification a plus.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
  • Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide a pro-active approach to project completion and warehouse needs.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and multi- task in a high-volume environment.
  • Must be reliable, professional and possess good judgment.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and effective, clear communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail orientated.
  • Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • An interest in the entertainment industry, a plus.
